As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure;
- Maintaining system documentation and ensuring accurate records;
- Providing support and resolving second- and third-line tickets in a timely and efficient manner;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including network administration, server administration, and storage management;
- Familiarity with Windows and VMWare operating systems, as well as Office 365 and Azure platforms;
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and other networking protocols;
- Experience with Cisco Classic, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Stormshield firewall management;
- Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
