Principal Security Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Security Strategist to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Security Architecture Centre of Excellence.

About the Role:

As a Principal Security Strategist, you will play a key role in driving Infrastructure and Security Architecture strategies, frameworks, reference, and target architectures across domain disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Developing principal architectures for IT and OT domains, including production facilities that guardrails the secure design of network and infrastructure
• Anchoring secure network principles, such as segmentation, remote access, and data flow protection, into architectural directions and principal designs
• Codveloping strategic plans that outline the long-term vision for network and infrastructure security in IT and OT, aligning with business objectives
• Maintaining and continuously developing strong partnerships with our IT department and our delivery organisation, ensuring that directions and principal designs are aligned, communicated, and followed
• Prioritisation and development of relevant epics and technology enablers within our delivery organisation to obtain synergies, reduce risks, and increase efficiency
• Providing architectural support on initial design processes and anchoring products and technologies to improve and implement overall architecture services and designs

Requirements:

• Passionate about architecture, technology, and strategy, with experience in developing IT and OT network and infrastructure architectures, including security architectures and closely related principles
• Solid background in setting directions and guidelines for the secure design of IT and OT network and infrastructure
• Well-versed in compliance and industry standards, such as NERC CIP, NIS, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and Purdue, with experience in incorporating these into architecture deliverables
• Able to drive and communicate complex problems and topics in a clear and concise manner to relevant technical as well as non-technical stakeholders and senior management

$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
