Transforming the Construction Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Hansen Toft. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing sales strategies to achieve domestic market share targets within a planned timeframe.
  • Analysing and expanding commercial roadmaps across all selected customer segments.
  • Executing sales policies in coordination with the Sales Director Denmark/Benelux.
  • Building strong relationships with top-level customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Managing sales forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate predictions.
  • Reporting sales KPIs and defining improvement initiatives to maximise sales performance.
  • Proactively managing customer claims and ensuring customer retention.

You will report to the Sales Director DK/Benelux and work closely with the Marketing department to build a Marketing & Communication plan.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Technical Salesperson with a strong background in concrete, precast, or other similar construction products. You should have:

  • A technical education combined with solid sales experience.
  • Insight into contractual matters and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • A high interest in staying updated on industry innovations.
