Technical Writer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Operation Readiness team at Novo Nordisk. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training plans, standard operational procedures, job instructions, risk management, regulatory impact assessments, and implementation plans.
• Support, execute, and coordinate validation of processes in project/small changes as a Technical Writer.
• Provide support for development on manufacturing changes, line extensions, compliance with, and interpretation of applicable regulations.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and ensure timely approval of internal documents and procedural changes.
• Independently address daily tasks within the work area, including working proactively with quality and collaborating across Novo Nordisk departments to achieve optimal solutions.
• Participate in problem-solving and active use of cLEAN tools in daily life, audits, and inspections.
• Contribute to process improvement as a Technical Writer and within project teams, and participate in process improvements and implementation.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc education within natural or technical science, such as mechanical, manufacturing engineer, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience working within a production area and familiarity with electronic records.
• Good communication skills, and ability to create transparency for colleagues in own team.
