In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy by developing technical solutions for wind farm control, ancillary services, market integration, and the associated reporting suite. As a Digital Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in product development.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive the development of strategic solutions that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and support sustainability goals.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a quality roadmap for your agile release train, ensuring alignment with business strategy and continuous update based on feedback and validation.
- Manage deliveries across 6 engineering teams, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with systems engineers and software architects to evaluate solution feasibility.
- Facilitate cross-functional team alignment on dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Contribute to the commercial development of new renewable energy options, management, and ancillary services.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in energy, data, analytics, or related digital engineering fields.
- 1+ years of Senior Specialist/Director-level experience, with 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and alignment across business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe and Systems Engineering is highly advantageous.
