**Job Description**
As Business Unit Manager Food, you will contribute to the Consumer Products Division Business vision by sharing channel perspective, risks, and opportunities. You will build the action plan to implement the Division's commercial and brand strategy in food and discounter stores in Denmark, ensuring excellence in our go-to-market approach to reach our market share target. You are responsible for accurate forecasts and the P&L for the channel. You will be managing a dedicated and talented team.
Your mission is to strengthen our L'Oréal Consumer Products Division as Business Unit Manager Food, based in Copenhagen. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing, coaching, and developing your team and leading multifunctional teamwork between your team and other departments.
- Building and achieving the channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share, and commercial margin (both on- and offline).
- Monitoring a retailer-centric account planning process to design a retailer-specific business plan where our brands win market shares and ensure best-in-class in-store execution.
- Identifying new trends and opportunities for business growth and implementing action plans.
- Creatings bold plans going all in for incremental opportunities.
- Looking for continuous improvements and challenging the status quo.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- 4-5 years' experience from a similar role (preferably from the FMCG industry).
- The ability to build connections and a network in a matrix organization to maximize resources for your clients and projects.
- A strategic vision and the courage to challenge the status quo.
- Possession of consumer insights and the ability to translate them into business opportunities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make presentations that engage your audience.
- A proven self-starter with an operative mindset, able to execute and deliver on your strategy and account plans.
- Fact-based, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and the ability to build long-term sustainable business models.
