About the Role

We offer an estimated salary of 110,000 DKK per year (approximately $16,400 USD) for this position. As a Computer-Aided Design Software Developer, you will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying production-quality C++20 code for our desktop Computer Aided Design Software.

Responsibilities

  1. Software Development: Build, test, and deploy production-quality C++20 code for our desktop Computer Aided Design Software.
  2. Technology Stack: Work with technologies such as C++, Qt, CMake, PlantUML, GitHub, and Jira.
  3. Team Collaboration: Be a great teammate that loves the dynamics of an autonomous full-featured product team with an end-to-end responsibility working in close collaboration with the users.
  4. Personal Growth: Continuously strive to do your best and learn and grow with us.

Requirements

  1. Computer-Aided Design Enthusiasm: You are excited about Computer Aided Design.
  2. 3D Math Skills: You have solid 3D math skills.
  3. Diagramming Confidence: You are not afraid of diagramming.
  4. Team Player: You are a self-confident and a natural team player with an agile mentality.
  5. Customer Empathy: You can empathize with our customers and be energized by helping them.
  6. Strong Communication: You have strong written & verbal communication skills (English).
  7. Education: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree within IT or a related discipline or equivalent working experience.

This position is specifically for the team focusing on the digital design tools for our LEGO models. Here you can expect to work on problems such as: How can we create the right tools for manipulating LEGO elements in a 3D scene? How can we use physics simulations to help our model designers ensure our digital LEGO model is physically possible? How can we help LEGO model designers build digitally faster?

About the Location

The position is based in Billund, Denmark, with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
