Job DescriptionAs a Global Pricing and Tender Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the Thrombosis Business Unit grows through tender wins with sustainable prices in both hospital and retail markets.
You will define a tender pricing strategy by country to grow market shares inside hospitals, develop arguments for maintaining the list price of essential medicines, and ensure appropriate global governance of contract prices in all markets.
In addition, you will develop an analytical framework to enable better insights on tender prices' impact on overall performance and ensure local insights and best practices are shared across markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience with winning tenders in at least one large European market.
- Experience driving global tender pricing strategy across multiple markets.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple internal stakeholders.
