About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on solutions and suggesting design approaches in adherence with our architectural principles. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure that the solutions align with business goals and end-user requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide critical guidance and support throughout the whole project life cycle from project kick-off until post-implementation.
  • Oversee and support functional consultants and technical colleagues in tailoring the D365F&O application to meet business requirements via configuration of the applications available.
  • Take the lead in workshops related to scoping and designing comprehensive solutions that meet the business requirements, including understanding of the business process and the as-is state.
  • Work closely with our ERP lead solution architect to ensure that the designed and implemented solutions are scalable and aligned with target architecture and business strategy.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with D365F&O within the process areas of finance, procurement, and sales in a global organization. You should have a deep understanding of business processes and best practices, including the ability to challenge and design/implement optimized processes to benefit the business. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of implementing D365F&O and experience in building and implementing integrations related to the application.
