**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team in International Operations – Strategic Operations. As a Senior Category Lead, you will be responsible for leading category management, both short and long term, for our commercial supply chain within logistics and distribution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing, implementing, and supporting global sourcing activities, negotiations, and partnerships across the 7 IO regions.
- Acting as a cross-functional strategic link between global/local and internal/external stakeholders in the commercial supply chain space.
- Leading major negotiations and sourcing events with our key wholesalers & distributors driving margin focus and top line impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in a multinational company and pharmaceutical industry being highly valued. A master's degree or equivalent in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering, or any other relevant field, and a minimum of +7 years of work experience within a related field are required.
