As a Senior Safety Lead, you will take charge of machinery safety and compliance across diverse projects, from development through to implementation. You will work alongside talented teams in the pharma industry, having a direct impact on shaping safe and efficient working environments.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing EHS requirements and safety systems tailored to the unique needs of each project
  • Leading proactive EHS screenings and risk assessments, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Applying your expertise in ATEX to perform precise ex-zone calculations, classifications, and inspections, ensuring strict compliance and safety
  • Taking the lead in preparing CE-marking documentation and ensuring seamless system commissioning
  • Creating comprehensive technical dossiers to ensure streamlined operations and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive smooth and timely project execution

To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant technical background, such as Marine Engineer, Engineer, Electrician, or equivalent. You should also have 4+ years of experience in machinery safety, ATEX compliance, and harmonized standards. A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team is ideal for this position.
