  • As a Quantitative Energy Trader, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced trading algorithms in the renewable energy sector.
  • You will utilize quantitative techniques to analyze market- and fundamental data, identifying potential trading opportunities and building predictive models for market behavior and price movements.
  • Contribute to existing- and developing new algorithmic trading and asset optimization strategies.
  • Monitor the performance of trading algorithms, identify any issues or anomalies, and deploy necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent quantitative modeling skills (e.g., statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, engineering, physics).
  • Great coding skills (we use Python extensively, although the specific language is not a hard requirement).
  • Experience or a keen interest in learning about markets, in particular energy markets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
