Category Manager - Active Equipment and Partnerships

As a Category Manager at GlobalConnect, you will lead strategic procurement and build strong supplier partnerships. Your Role at a Glance
As a Category Manager, your days will be filled with diverse and impactful activities. You will start your day with team check-ins, followed by supplier negotiations, stakeholder meetings, and preparing materials for executive presentations. You will develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with business units, manage end-to-end procurement processes, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with business units.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including tender procedures and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Implement the GlobalConnect Supplier Relationship Management Framework to ensure high-quality deliveries and foster innovative collaborations.
• Stay abreast of market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

To Succeed with Us, You Need:

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement and category management. Specific experience with active equipment suppliers and partnership programs is an advantage.
• Expertise in procurement best practices and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of contracts and contract management.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in business English.
