As the Product Quality Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Veo Quality Team. With your analytical mind and dedication to product quality, you will:

  1. Conduct thorough root cause analyses involving cross-functional teams (R&D, Customer Support, Production & Procurement). You'll identify resources needed to resolve issues promptly.
  2. Partner with the Capture team as their Quality Champion, driving strategies for hardware testing, design for manufacturing, and lifetime quality.
  3. Collect data and assess quality metrics, collaborating with Business Intelligence and Quantification teams to understand issue implications.
  4. Develop electro-mechanical test systems for R&D and production.
  5. Determine comprehensive tests for new hardware to meet 'The Veo Standard', encompassing corrosion, thermal, ESD, drop, electrical stability, etc.

  7. You've likely worked on hardware product development and manufacturing.
  8. You may have prior experience in a quality function.

You'll collaborate closely with the Cam App Product Manager, Firmware engineers, Software tooling developers, and electronics team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
