Sales Optimization Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Optimization Leader to join our Commercial Excellence function. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance and effectiveness by equipping our salesforce with the tools, training, and methodologies they need to excel.

Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Optimization Leader, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement sales enablement initiatives that enhance productivity and effectiveness. This will involve leading the charge in equipping our salesforce with the tools, training, and methodologies they need to excel. You will also be responsible for training the sales team in value-based selling methodologies to deepen customer relationships and streamlining the adoption and utilization of CRM systems and other sales tools.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role in Sales. You should have a demonstrated track record of driving measurable sales performance improvements and a deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, solution selling, or value-based selling. Additionally, you should have proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for sales teams, strong analytical mindset to analyze sales performance data and recommend actionable improvements, and advanced experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
