Digital Growth Director

Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Analysis: Generate and interpret reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across existing and new marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Channel Oversight: Manage and oversee all paid marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, email marketing, paid and organic social media, influencer and affiliate marketing.
Channel Expansion: Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and tactics that align with brand objectives and target audience.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
Multi-Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to management on campaign performance, growth metrics, and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and customer data to drive marketing strategies, with a focus on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage customer data and market research to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and segments for more targeted marketing efforts.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and scaling marketing efforts in a high-growth D2C brand.
Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, with hands-on experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets across various channels.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong growth trajectory.
