As an Associate PO, you'll work closely with Product Managers (PMs) to define market requirements and priorities. You'll then translate these into clear, actionable development plans for our teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging reading experience for audiences worldwide.
You'll contribute to the seasonal Product Increment (PI) process, working with developers, designers, and editorial teams to make sure our epaper solution stays ahead of the curve.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to understand market needs and create development tasks.
- Facilitate communication between PMs, POs, and development teams to ensure aligned feature implementation.
- Help develop and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a structured and efficient development process.
- Assist in planning and overseeing the execution of new features, focusing on reader experience, usability, and publisher workflows.
- Analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the epaper solution.
- Support the Product Team in monitoring progress, identifying roadblocks, and delivering product updates on time.
- Communicate product updates and improvements to internal stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Some experience in product management, content publishing, or digital platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital publishing trends, user experience, or content workflows is crucial.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Jira is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving are necessary.
