Role Summary
This role will support the implementation of strategic initiatives across the LEGO Koncernen by transforming strategic plans into actionable implementation roadmaps using problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will communicate clear and concrete value propositions from strategic initiatives through business cases and OKR frameworks, developing a holistic transformation approach that ensures solid program fundamentals and smooth change orchestration.

 

Main Responsibilities
- Transforming strategic plans into actionable implementation roadmaps
- Communicating clear and concrete value propositions from strategic initiatives
- Developing a holistic transformation approach ensuring solid program fundamentals and smooth change orchestration
- Building insights from data analysis to drive robust and solid implementation
- Co-driving projects or workstreams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and relevant change interventions
- Engaging and constructively challenging partners involved in the implementation

 

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years' experience in management consultancy or 4-5+ years' experience in an internal FMCG transformation department
• A consistent track record of delivering pivotal initiatives
• A strong transformational toolbox containing various methodologies and change practices
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
• Proven communication and partner engagement skills, along with strong navigation skills in complex organizational environments
• Great teamwork and adaptability skills
