RF Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team at Trackman. As a key member of our hardware team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge radar technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop next-generation radar technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Drive innovation in RF design, exploring new technologies and components
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF and microwave components
  • Perform link budget and system calculations
  • Develop RF design simulations, including antenna simulations
  • Design and develop analog electronics, including IF amplifiers and AD-converters
  • Design and develop patch antennas
  • Work with high-end RF measurement instruments
  • Develop and maintain documentation of RF designs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on RF/Microwave technology
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end product design and development
  • Advanced user of lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • Experience with microwave circuit simulation tools
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and their impact on design choices
  • Experience with production of high-performance microwave circuits and systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
