Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance - Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our travel industry clients. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring top-level solutions regarding travel-specific functionality and standard Dynamics 365 Finance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers with triage and rectifying issues together with other Business Consultants in the Customer Success Team.
  • Taking a leading role in managing customer issues and initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues post-implementation.
  • Identifying customer pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency in existing processes and utilization, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Documenting and maintaining an overview of relevant customer customizations, special processes, and features.
  • Providing guidance and inspiration for additional services.
  • Setting up new services, additional features, and change requests.
  • Leading training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system/TravelOperations.
  • Supporting, testing, and deploying quarter releases internally and with customers.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other teams to ensure that customers receive a smooth transition to their new ERP and Customer Success.
  • Participating in customer meetings and driving monthly status review calls with customers, on-site as requested.
  • Timely logging of hours in the time registration tool.
  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to other team members.
  • Identifying, mitigating, and escalating potential risks and recurring issues to the Head of Customer Success.
