Your Role as Research Scientist

As a research scientist, you will be responsible for supporting preclinical research activities in-house and through collaborations with external partners. You will join our experienced research team in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to support our translational research efforts. These studies include examining immune responses in mice, treatment effects in preclinical mouse models of HPV cancers, and target validation in patient samples.

In this role, you will be part of an exciting journey towards developing novel targeted immunotherapy treatments for patients with HPV-related cancer and precancer. This endeavor demands an open-minded, team-oriented approach and a readiness to tackle diverse challenging tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and analyze in vitro and in vivo laboratory studies.
  • Maintain detailed records of experiments according to company standards.
  • Contribute to scientific material including reports, presentations, and potential publications.
  • General ad hoc and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a master's degree within Life Sciences (e.g., biomedical sciences, biology, immunology, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field).
  • EU Function ABD accreditation by FELASA is required for in vivo work.
  • Hands-on experience with mouse models, mammalian cell line culturing, and flow cytometry.
