Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of power management ICs and power converter topologies.
- Execute engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Design, validate, and optimize analog and power circuits, including DC-DC converters, linear regulators, and other key components.
- Integrate digital communication interfaces (such as UART, I2C, I3C, and SPI) into IC designs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.
