About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at SELECTED. As a key member of our retail organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our stores and elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in store openings and lead the visual setup for new stores
  • Maintain and optimize visual merchandising in our existing stores and shop-in-shops
  • Visit stores to train and support store teams in visual merchandising, ensuring consistency and empowering them to maintain high standards daily
  • Plan and execute seasonal merchandising to reflect current trends and promotional activities
  • Optimize product placement to drive sales and improve the customer journey in collaboration with the Omnichannel and Retail teams
Requirements
  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion retail, with a solid understanding of store layouts and customer flow
  • A sharp eye for design, colours and style with the ability to create visually appealing and commercially effective displays
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and motivate store teams
  • The flexibility to travel frequently to visit our stores
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
