We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our R&D team of four talented hardware engineers. As a R&D Hardware Lead, you will work closely with Product Managers to bring new ideas to life, integrating innovative features into existing products and developing new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of hardware engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and enhance our systems.
• Drive the industrialization process for Ascom's products.
• Engineering product ownership of the nurse call hardware portfolio across new development and sustenance activities.
• Evaluate potential strategic development partners and build collaborative relationships.
