As a Senior Associate, Capital Markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting business development and platform buildout by working closely with our Head of Global Clients Solutions Europe excluding DACH. Your key responsibility will be to support capital raising efforts for Real Estate and Infrastructure Funds, which include open- and closed-end funds, as well as specialized solutions or separately managed accounts for investors, primarily pension funds and financial intermediaries.
This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with Product Development, contributing to the strategic build-out of our product shelf. With this dynamic bandwidth, you can progress and develop into an independent fundraising role or a product development role.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
- Execution of marketing activities, including White Papers, Fund Updates, and new fund launches, ensuring timely delivery.
- Organization of marketing events targeting key clients and prospects.
- Identification and pursuit of new leads in emerging market segments.
- Support for Cross-Country Roadshows with Portfolio Managers and key executives, including PATRIZIA's Founder.
- Meeting follow-ups and coordination of specific information requests with the Products Team located in London and Augsburg.
- Development of new products according to regional marketing materials and client-focused messaging.
- Attendance at local conferences and industry events to identify new leads for PATRIZIA.
- Assistance in day-to-day compliance and regulatory activities.
- Performance of administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense tracking, SAP invoicing, and payment.
