About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and delivering innovative solutions for the backup system, ensuring that designs meet specified requirements and timelines.
">- Deliver high-quality design solutions within specified timeframes and budgets, while continuously enhancing efficiency
- Define test & validation needed to qualify a design
- Create designs in compliance with Vestas' stage gate model, encompassing all phases from early concept development to detailed design, verification, and implementation in labs and wind turbines
- Work closely with global R&D teams and external suppliers to ensure cohesive project development
- Provide support to Service Technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and repairs via phone, ticketing system, or on-site visits
- Evaluate performance problems perform root cause analysis, and offer recommendations to the Service organization
- Identify, develop, and validate technical improvement measures as part of the continuous improvement process
- Respond to technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual who possesses a clear sense of responsibility and good commercial and business understanding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and implementing low voltage backup systems.
">- Bachelors or master's in electrical engineering, marine engineering or similar
- Proficient in low voltage electrical design
- Experience in designing electrical backup systems
- Good understanding of low voltage components and system testing
- Familiarity with IEC and UL standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience working in a global company is beneficial
