Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Engineering department as a Test Automation Engineer. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about automation and wants to contribute to the development of innovative testing solutions.

As a key member of our centralized Test Automation team, you will be responsible for analyzing services using API documentation, designing test cases in collaboration with development teams, and implementing them in a testing project based on Java, Rest Assured, and Cucumber. Your expertise will also include maintaining and updating scripts for running automated tests, verifying test results, identifying root causes for revealed defects, and reporting bugs.

Our team is well-established and recognized for its operational excellence and value generation throughout our stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned QA Engineers and contribute to the strategic direction of managed solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 PLN per annum, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, mental health support, free lunch at the office, professional development opportunities, and a referral bonus up to 10,000 PLN.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a curious mind with an open nature and a desire to knowledge-share with others. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as is a QA mindset and solid coding skills, particularly with Java, REST services, REST Assured, CI, Jenkins, Cucumber, and SQL (Oracle). Experience from within the financial sector and familiarity with Scrum in Agile Teams would be beneficial, but not necessary.
