We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to join our team at Formalize. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead data science projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and business objectives met.
- Technical Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models, optimize and refine models for improved performance and accuracy, and integrate marketing platforms and tools via APIs.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide value, and advocate for a data-driven culture.
- Business Acumen: Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights, understand the SaaS business model, and develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in programming and query languages such as SQL.
- Proficiency in basic JavaScript.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful data science projects.
- Familiarity with data warehousing (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong data integrity, accuracy, and security practices.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
- Goal-oriented and hardworking.
