As an Environmental Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in driving environmental sustainability across our global manufacturing network. You will be responsible for leading and managing environmental activities, ensuring compliance with our Environmental Management System, and driving change to create a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage environmental activities to ensure compliance with our Environmental Management System
  • Drive change and create results in environmental sustainability
  • Work with development of current sites and integration of new manufacturing sites
  • Monitor environmental performance and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to meet Novo Nordisk Environmental Sustainability ambitions
  • Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by our environmental performance
  • Steer cross-site projects or programs
Qualifications
  • MSc degree in environmental engineering, sustainable master program, environmental science, or other relevant education
  • 3-5 years of experience working with complex processes from a similar position
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with various personalities and nationalities
  • Fluency in English; written and spoken communication skills in Danish are considered an advantage
About the Department

You will be part of the AM Business Development & Support department, which is responsible for developing and optimizing our supporting processes related to our manufacturing network. We are responsible for translating and driving global results in accordance with our environmental strategy Circular for Zero for our global manufacturing network.
