Conscia Danmark søger en HR-Direktør til at drive den fremadrettede udvikling af vores People & Culture indsats. Som People & Culture Director vil du være en nøglespiller i vores ledelsesteam og have ansvar for at løfte vores People & Culture indsats til næste niveau – både strategisk og operationelt.
**Dit ansvar:** Du vil:
- Være strategisk sparringspartner for Conscia Danmark's Administrerende Direktør og lederteamet i Danmark.
- Udvikle ledere på alle niveauer, så de bliver stærke kulturbærere og ambassadører for vores værdier.
- Sikre, at vores employer brand og EVP forankres i alle processer – vi vil være førstevalget for de bedste talenter.
Hvad kræves? Du er:
- Een stærk People & Culture leder med erfaring fra en vidensvirksomhed (IT, konsulentbranchen, rådgivning eller lignende).
- Tænker strategisk, men trives klart også med at have hands-on ansvar for HR-aktiviteter.
- Braender for at skabe en stærk kultur, hvor performance, trivsel og fællesskab går hånd i hånd.
- Een dygtig kommunikator, der kan formidle budskaber klart og motiverende – både til medarbejdere, ledere og eksterne stakeholders.
- Havde solid erfaring med employer branding, talentudvikling og performance management.
- Er analytisk og datadrevet og bruger HR-metrics som et aktivt værktøj i din beslutningstagning.
- Har erfaring fra et internationalt miljø og er flydende på dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
