The Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Copenhagen. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the e-commerce space. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule meetings, and hand over qualified prospects to our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential e-commerce clients who can benefit from Trustpilot's services
  • Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to engage with these prospects, including cold calling and emailing
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity on Salesforce.com

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
  • A proven track record of success in sales development or related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A consultative selling approach with a focus on building trust and understanding customer needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
