Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Service department, your primary responsibility will be to process technical inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Customer Managers, SMEs, Service Sites, and Engineers to ensure satisfied customers.
- Manage customer issues through issue management processes.
- Provide first-line support as the primary interface for technical issues.
- Support end-of-warranty and service contract tasks.
- Lead technical customer meetings and promote operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to drive collaboration and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- A technical education with commercial understanding or a commercial apprenticeship with technical know-how.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, or technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented communication skills to inspire confidence and find solutions.
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail to keep track of things and act independently.
