“Configuration Engineer for Alfa Laval”

Our Configuration Engineers ensure that customers have easy access to choose and order the right products for their applications. If you think that complex IT systems and data structures are interesting, and are a passionate system developer with a technical interest, this could be the role for you.


“Responsibilities”

As a Configuration Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers, technical designers, machinists and other colleagues globally. You will be part of a team that develops and maintains Alfa Laval Fluid Handling's product configurators.


  • You will be involved in the construction, implementation, and maintenance of configuration systems within modelling of products, maintenance and further development of existing product models, support within configuration and other in-house applications, implementing new products, and further development of the configurator platform.
  • You will participate in projects and activities focused on the maintenance of data for existing products in ERP and PDM systems.

“Qualifications”

You have a degree in computer science, mechanical engineering or other relevant technical field. You are quick in getting an overview of complex data structures and IT systems, have a high degree of data discipline, and take pride in the fact that the details are correct.


  • You are familiar with working with configuration tools, ERP systems as well as PLM/PDM systems.
  • You have experience with project participation and management.
  • You communicate safely in both Danish and English in writing and speech.
