We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Energy Transition Execution, Innovation & Partnerships organisation. As a Senior Decarbonisation Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful scoping and delivery of customer engagements that aim to decarbonize logistics for our customers.

Your primary focus will be on developing solutions and executing project plans, managing internal stakeholders, mobilizing company resources, and driving project teams to achieve planned timelines and goals.

Solution Development and Project Delivery
  • You will collect and evaluate supply chains, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in terms of decarbonisation.
  • You will identify customer-specific opportunities to reduce carbon impact through network optimisation, modal shifts, and energy transition.
  • You will conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments to assess the viability and impact of potential decarbonisation projects.
  • You will design and manage the tools and templates required for project execution.
Project Planning, Management & Governance
  • You will develop comprehensive project goals, plans, and governance for each customer partnership project in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will ensure project timelines and quality of deliverables are adhered to throughout the project, communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • You will identify and manage potential risks associated with project execution.
  • You will drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing best practices.
  • You will establish project governance frameworks and guidelines to ensure adherence to planned timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
  • You will own all internal communications during and post-project completion.
  • You will document project summaries, learnings, and organise feedback sessions post-completion of projects.
Stakeholder Management
  • You will build strong relationships within Energy Transition, Commercial Sustainability, Area Product managers, customer account teams, and other internal stakeholders to gain support and alignment.
  • You will collaborate with customers and other external partners to achieve timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices in supply chain decarbonisation and share relevant insights with the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics).
  • Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge and understanding of logistics and supply chain.
  • Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in tools and software for project management, analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel), data visualisation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI), and network optimisation software.
  • Comfortable with 30% international travel annually and flexible working hours.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
