About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Director to join our Customer Base Management team at Nuuday.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to develop their commercial competencies within base management and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subscription-based businesses, with experience in customer base management, retention, and profit optimization.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to reduce churn and optimize gross profit per user across all portfolios.
  • Own the roadmap for internal base activities and external events, ensuring smooth customer journeys and managing complex segment overlap.
  • Create a base framework of segmentation and initiative efforts to identify high churn and low GPPU groups.
  • Provide commercial aspects like costs, profit, and churn levels, conduct impact analysis, prepare business cases, and recommend migration initiatives.
  • Secure diligent handovers of approved initiatives to execution teams and participate in successful implementations.
About You

You thrive in complex cross-functional environments, breaking down issues into manageable areas and developing creative solutions.

A proactive can-do mentality, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of customer base management and subscription metrics are essential.

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with great communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex messages.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in subscription business (e.g., Telco, Insurance).
  • A relevant master's degree in business administration, economics, or similar.
