About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing warehouse strategies, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  2. Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  3. Analyze data to inform financial planning and budgeting decisions.
  4. Identify and implement data-driven improvements across our global footprint.

Requirements

  1. Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering, or relevant work experience in a Logistics Management role.
  2. Previous work experience with warehouse processes in regulated environments, with ownership of vendor/supplier responsibility.
  3. Project Management skills, ideally with an understanding of LEAN principles.
  4. Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools.
  5. Fluency in written and verbal English.

About the Department

You will join a team of 6 logistics managers, working closely together to ensure streamlined processes and professional deliveries through our Warehouse Centre of Excellence. The department plays a pivotal role that spans across SVP areas, regional offices, and production sites globally, significantly influencing Novo Nordisk's capacity to deliver to various markets.
