Key Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborating with external experts to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Coordinating and administering online learning platforms.
  • Mentoring and coaching colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Providing guidance and support to new colleagues during the onboarding process.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external providers.

You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps. You should have a strong analytical mind and be able to gather and analyze data to inform your decision-making.
