As an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer, you will work in our R&D center in Kolding, Denmark and play a crucial role in paving our way forward by participating in the development of energy management products with special focus on 3 phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and power converters.

Job Summary:

This role involves analyzing complex problems and defining solutions for our 3-phase data center UPS products.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Analyzing complex problems and defining solutions for our 3-phase data center UPS products
  2. Electronic circuit design, PCB design, Quality improvements
  3. Core control hardware expert for 3-phase UPS products
  4. Product and component qualification, Verification & Validation, regulatory compliance and certification
  5. Train or mentor new team members on the subject matter
  6. Other assignments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Power Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience and knowledge on electronic hardware power design, including Power components, capacitors, magnetics, IGBT, MOSFET
  • Solid understanding of parameters, calculations, qualification and reliability
  • Knowledge and experience with 3-phase power inverter topologies and design is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Regulatory compliance and Certification (IEC/UL/EMI etc.) is an advantage
  • You are fully proficient with written and spoken English
