We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of Global HR Business Partner in our fast-growing international fashion company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to people managers and employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exiting. They will also be accountable for the roll out of the annual performance management process (PDP), designing and delivering related training and development initiatives, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans and performance conversations.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Danish Employment Law, the ability to navigate complex employment legislation, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They must also be fluent in both Danish and English languages, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
