As a Commercial Process Specialist for High Growth Markets, you'll play a crucial role in building, coaching, and developing best-in-class Order to Cash processes across the region.

This position is part of the Commercial Operations team located in Brønshøj, Denmark, and will be on-site, but with travel activity. Your primary focus will be on bridging the support and communication between countries and HQ to ensure timely supply and good Customer Service locally.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building, coaching, and developing best-in-class Commercial Operations teams across the region.
  • Driving regular internal audits to review and assess the performances of Order to Cash teams across the HGM region. Identify gaps and provide training and support to increase seniority and expertise of OTC organizations.
  • Overseeing and representing the HGM voice about products allocation to maximize item quantities and fulfill open orders according to country delivery requirements.
  • Driving OTC operations for the HGM region.
  • Supporting the commercial operations ramp-up, training, and development for newly created organizations and for new associates.
