Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled consultant to evaluate the impact of our Livelihoods Project on the rehabilitation of torture survivors. The successful candidate will have experience in program evaluation, particularly in rehabilitation, livelihoods, or mental health projects. They will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing existing data, conducting interviews and focus groups with member organizations, and providing strategic insights on improving and sustaining this approach.

As a consultant, you will play a critical role in helping us understand the effectiveness of our Livelihoods Project and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with our team to develop a comprehensive evaluation plan, collect and analyze data, and present your findings in a clear and concise manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in psychology, psychotherapy, sociology, anthropology, mental health, global health, or international development. You will also need to have excellent English writing skills and a structured research approach. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving rehabilitation services for torture survivors and has a strong commitment to social justice.
