Job Overview

The Hub/Danske Bank is seeking a driven Business Developer to join our team. As the primary representative of our organization, you will devise and execute a sales plan that propels business growth and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Design a well-structured sales plan centered on revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.
  2. Investigate new markets, leads, and customer requirements by discovering fresh sales avenues.
  3. Nurture relationships with prospective clients through personal contact and telephone outreach.
  4. Coordinate meetings with interested parties to discuss our offerings.
  5. Promote our products and services, taking into account client objectives and ambitions.
  6. Accurately document sales transactions.
  7. Deliver superior after-sales support and provide constructive criticism.
  8. Establish lasting connections with both new and existing customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage supply chain and/or restaurant catering sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a business development manager, sales specialist, or equivalent role is beneficial.
