The Role
This permanent position offers a high level of responsibility from the start, along with challenging opportunities for growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive accurate forecasting and demand planning processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and business visibility.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts for operational and strategic planning, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Process Improvement: Implement new forecasting tools and processes to ensure efficient product lifecycle management and optimized inventory.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting & Presentation: Present forecast figures to top management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an understanding of demand and supply planning processes and techniques, preferably with experience in the FMCG industry. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a business-oriented approach.
