Sustainability and Compliance Officer

Hansen Toft is seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Compliance Officer to drive the establishment of our QHSE function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental processes and procedures are followed to maintain high quality and minimize risks.

The company is in an extremely favorable position in terms of development and growth in the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will ensure that Hansen Toft continues to meet the quality standards that our products must adhere to. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing and implementing a robust QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110
  • Establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes and handling deviations
  • Participating in customer projects and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
  • Conducting supplier audits and development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with ESG requirements from customers and reducing the company's environmental impact
  • Creating a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with legislation

You will have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or extensive relevant experience working with quality and quality management. You will have experience from a similar position in quality management, safety, or environmental management - preferably from a manufacturing company.
