About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Controller to join our Business Finance department at BEC. As a Group Controller, you will play a central role in financial steering, taking responsibility for the process and coordination of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quarterly estimate process – prepare, coordinate and control
  • Presentations to Business Reviews
  • Yearly Budget process – prepare, coordinate and control
  • Coordinate monthly closing in Business Finance and generate presentations for the four big divisions
  • Continuously optimize our current process with a focus on effectiveness
  • Finance business Partner for a division
  • Ad hoc tasks such as responsible for updating our PowerBi reporting in close cooperation with Data & Reporting

Requirements

  • Expertise in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • A structured, pragmatic, and proactive approach
  • A combined strategic and analytical mindset
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally, with colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and D365
  • Knowledge of PowerApps
  • Experience from another Group Controller job
  • A strong financial background
