Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled Facilities Location Manager to join our Denmark real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of real estate locations, including Herning, Brande, and Ølgod. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in real estate or facilities management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of all real estate topics across multiple locations
• Preparation, monitoring, and management of costs for specific locations
• Contract management with numerous suppliers and vendors
• Space Management Awareness, updating data and creating presentations for the team
• Managing diverse stakeholders, including internal Business Units and external Landlords
• Handling minor projects related to real estate
• Coordinating internal approval processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field and have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in real estate or facilities management, or equivalent experience in an office operational environment. Additionally, they should possess:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of finance, including CapEx and OpEx budgets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Competence with systems and ability to use new finance and purchase tools
• Motivating team player with resilience and responsibility
• Able to thrive in a multicultural environment and work effectively in large organizations
