About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our Cardiovascular Informatics products
- Work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
- Previous experience in technical support or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, and/or Finnish
