We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our Customer Services Operations (CSO) EMEA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to travel frequently to customer sites in Denmark, with some overnight assignments. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services on processing equipment at customer sites.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle technical support queries and follow up on concerns and problems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
- Manage documentation related to activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably as a Service Technician.
- Experience and/or education within the food industry and process equipment is meritorious.
- Good understanding of PLCs and other parts of machinery control systems.
- Ability to perform overhauls of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
- Fluent in Danish and excellent skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel 80-90% of working time.
- A driver's license, minimum level B.
