Vi søger en erfaren salgs- og partnerskabsleder til at lede vores salgs- og partnerskabsaktiviteter på Østjylland og Fyn.

Denne rolle indebærer at lede og udvikle vores salgs- og partnerskabsaktiviteter på Østjylland og Fyn, herunder at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer med vores partnere.

Vi søger en selvstændig og engageret person med erfaring inden for salgsledelse eller partnerstyring. Du skal være i stand til at motivere teams til at nå salgsmål og levere fremragende kundeoplevelser.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Indfrielse af performanceforventninger på salg og kvalitet i partnerskaber.
  • Daglige besøg hos partnere hvor du opbygger relationer, giver performancefeedback og afstemmer forventninger.
  • Oplæring af medarbejdere i eksisterende og nye partnerskaber i systemer, salg, adfærd og retningslinjer.
  • Du er primær kontaktperson og du vil derfor dagligt besvare opkald fra medarbejdere og salgschefer i forbindelse med support i salg, kundehåndtering, kredittjek og fejlmeldinger.

Arbejdsdag

En typisk arbejdsdag indebærer at besøge 3 lokationer hvor du giver salgsledere feedback på performance, taler med medarbejdere på gulvet og understøtter og identificere potentialer som kan indfries gennem undervisning og træning.

  • En selvstændig og engageret person med erfaring inden for salgsledelse eller partnerstyring.
  • Evnen til at motivere teams til at nå salgsmål og levere fremragende kundeoplevelser.
  • Struktureret og analytisk tilgang til salgs- og partnerskabsaktiviteter.
