Renewable Energy Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riga, Latvia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development process of our wind, solar, and Power-to-X projects in Latvia, from inception to ready-to-build status. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in renewable energy development, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Project Development
- Manage the project development process, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and project team members.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Project Execution
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, environment engineering, business management, economics, or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy development, engineering, or corporate finance.
- Skills
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools and software.
